Plastic MBBR Carrier Product Introduction
Our HDPE MBBR biofilm carrier adopts optimized multi-cavity hollow structure with large effective specific surface area, enabling quick microbial adhesion and stable biofilm growth to greatly improve pollutant degradation efficiency. Made of pure new anti-UV HDPE raw material, it features outstanding acid and alkali corrosion resistance, strong mechanical abrasion resistance and ultra-long service life. With scientifically adjusted density, the carriers suspend and flow evenly in the reactor under aeration stirring, effectively preventing clogging and sludge accumulation, eliminating frequent backwashing work and cutting daily operation energy consumption. The product boasts strong anti-shock loading capacity to cope with unstable inlet water quality, produces less residual sludge, and can be directly added to existing biochemical tanks for capacity expansion and renovation without civil engineering reconstruction, widely applicable for municipal sewage, industrial wastewater, aquaculture water purification and various environmental governance projects.
