PTFE Demister, also known as PTFE mist eliminator, is a high‑performance tower internals specially designed for harsh corrosive gas‑liquid separation working conditions. When gas passes through the PTFE demister mesh, suspended mist droplets collide with PTFE filaments, gather and coalesce into larger liquid drops. Under gravity effect, those droplets flow down and return to tower bottom, while purified gas passes through smoothly. This PTFE demister pad greatly reduces liquid carry‑over and protects downstream equipment from corrosion damage.
Benefiting from outstanding chemical stability of PTFE raw material, this PTFE demister performs well in strong acid, strong alkali, chlorine and various organic solvent environments, with wide operating temperature ranging from ‑200℃ to 260℃. We supply round, square and segment‑type PTFE demister element, supporting custom diameter, thickness, mesh density and optional supporting frame.
