PTFE Demister Product Introduction
The PTFE demister is a high‑performance tower internal component designed for gas‑liquid separation in heavily corrosive working conditions. It is assembled from pure PTFE knitted mesh combined with modular PP or PTFE support frames, adopting segmented split‑type structure for large‑diameter towers.
This PTFE demister pad can effectively capture liquid droplets suspended in gas flow, removing mist and aerosol from process vapor. Thanks to the outstanding chemical inertness of PTFE material, it can resist strong acid, strong alkali, organic solvents and other corrosive media, which makes it irreplaceable for chlor‑alkali, fine chemical, pharmaceutical and waste‑gas treatment systems where metal demisters cannot survive.
It is widely applied in distillation columns, absorption towers, scrubber towers, desulfurization towers, evaporator systems and other corrosive gas‑liquid separation processes. Both new‑project supply and replacement spare PTFE demister are available.
