PTFE Demister Product Introduction
PTFE demister pad, also known as PTFE mist eliminator, is a mist elimination pad with the best corrosion resistance. It has excellent chemical stability and is resistant to acids, alkalis, and chemical solvents. Therefore, it can be used for a long time in chemical media or towers. PTFE demister pad can also be used in high-temperature applications from -150 °C to 250 °C. In addition, PTFE demister pads have low-pressure drop, high flux, and high filtration efficiency, and are therefore widely used in various areas of gas and liquid filtration.
Polypropylene (PP) Demister Pad is made from polypropylene knitted wire mesh and Polypropylene/SS grids. Polypropylene (PP) Demister Pad can filter large pieces of liquid foam suspended in the air stream and smaller traces of liquid foam. A grid is added to the wire mesh pad to support the mist eliminator pad for easy installation.
PP demister pads ensure high mass transfer efficiencies and reduce the loss of valuable material. PP demister pads can be used for a wide range of applications to separate gases and liquids.
