Plastic Tellerette Ring is a kind of classic random tower packing specially designed for gas-liquid mass transfer separation processes. It is mainly manufactured from polypropylene, PVC, CPVC, PVDF and other corrosion-resistant plastic raw materials through one-step injection molding. The unique hollow folded structure breaks the flow direction of fluid inside the tower repeatedly, which greatly enlarges the contact area between gas phase and liquid phase.

Compared with traditional Raschig ring and pall ring, this tellerette packing features lower pressure drop, higher voidage and more uniform liquid distribution. It can effectively reduce the operating load of fans and pumps, helping enterprises save long-term energy costs. With excellent resistance to acid, alkali and organic solvent corrosion, it can work stably under harsh corrosive working conditions for a long time, and is not easy to crack, deform or age.
