500Y Plastic Structured Packing Product Introduction
500Y Plastic Structured Packing is a type of corrugated plate structured packing specially designed for mass transfer in tower equipment. It is fabricated by punching and forming plastic corrugated sheets, then assembled into regular packing modules. Common raw materials include PP, PVC and PVDF to satisfy different anti-corrosion requirements of working conditions.
With a nominal specific surface area of 500 m²/m³, this structured packing creates uniform gas-liquid distribution inside towers. The ordered corrugated structure effectively prevents fluid channeling and strengthens full contact between gas phase and liquid phase, achieving outstanding mass transfer efficiency. It features high void fraction, large processing capacity and relatively low pressure drop compared with random packing.
500Y Plastic Structured Packing is widely applied in various industrial processes, such as distillation, absorption, stripping, rectification and waste gas purification. It works perfectly in scrubber towers, separation towers and reaction towers used in chemical industry, environmental protection, water treatment, pharmacy and light industry.
Our plastic structured packing adopts precise production technology with stable structural size. It is easy to transport, stack and install on-site. The smooth surface reduces medium adhesion and scaling, helping maintain long-term stable operation of tower systems and lowering overall maintenance costs.
