500Y Plastic Corrugated Plate Packing is a high-performance structured packing manufactured from engineering-grade thermoplastics, designed for efficient gas-liquid mass transfer in distillation, absorption, scrubbing, and stripping columns. With a nominal specific surface area of 500 m²/m³ and a 45° corrugation angle (Y-type), it delivers an optimal balance between mass transfer efficiency and pressure drop, making it suitable for both new tower installations and existing column retrofits.
