Plastic Raschig Ring Product Introduction
Plastic Raschig Ring is one of the most widely used random tower packings. It is manufactured by injection molding with plastic materials such as PP, PE, PVC, CPVC and PVDF. The uniform hollow cylindrical structure provides sufficient gas-liquid contact area inside separation towers.
Thanks to excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, light weight and low pressure drop, plastic raschig ring is suitable for various corrosive medium systems. It is commonly applied in waste gas scrubbing, absorption, distillation, stripping, cooling and gas-liquid separation processes in chemical industry, metallurgy, environmental protection, pharmaceutical and water treatment fields.
Our plastic raschig ring adopts precise molding technology with stable dimension and firm structure. It is not easy to deform during long-term continuous operation. Multiple standard sizes are available, and customized specifications can be offered according to customers’ tower design requirements. Compared with metal and ceramic packing, plastic raschig ring greatly reduces the load of tower equipment, lowers construction investment and brings longer service life with lower comprehensive operation cost.
