    Metal Raschig Ring Product Introduction

    Metal Raschig ring is one of the most widely used classic random tower packings, generally fabricated from stainless steel 304, 316L, carbon steel and other metallic materials. It is manufactured into an equal-height hollow cylindrical structure with consistent wall thickness through stamping and forming process.
    With high void fraction and large specific surface area, this packing can create sufficient contact area between gas and liquid phases inside distillation, absorption, stripping and scrubber towers. It realizes efficient mass transfer, promotes gas-liquid mixing and separation, and ensures stable fluid distribution inside the tower.
    Our metal Raschig rings feature high mechanical strength, excellent structural stability, good high-temperature resistance and reliable anti-corrosion performance against acid, alkali and organic solvents. Standard sizes ranging from 10mm to 76mm are in stock, and customized dimensions are available upon request. Widely applied in petrochemical, fine chemical, fertilizer, environmental waste gas treatment, solvent recovery and other industrial separation systems.
