Metal Super Intalox Saddle Product Introduction

Metal Super Intalox Saddle is a high-performance random tower packing developed by optimizing the structure of conventional Intalox saddle packing. It is manufactured by stamping and forming stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy and other metallic materials.

Its special curved saddle design breaks the overlapping stacking defect of traditional saddle packing. With open geometric structure, it delivers larger specific surface area and higher void ratio, which greatly improves gas-liquid contact uniformity and mass transfer efficiency inside packed towers. This packing effectively reduces pressure drop, avoids liquid channeling and dead zones, and shows stable performance under high flow rate working conditions.
