Plastic Conjugated Ring Plastic Random Packing Ring for Tower Packing

Plastic conjugated ring is a new type of random tower packing optimized and upgraded on the basis of plastic pall ring structure. Its unique folded inner vane design greatly improves the gas-liquid redistribution capacity inside the packing layer. Compared with traditional pall ring and raschig ring, it features lower pressure drop, higher void fraction and superior mass transfer efficiency.

Manufacturable in multiple corrosion-resistant plastic materials including PP, PVC, CPVC, HDPE and PVDF, this packing can adapt to various acidic, alkaline and salt corrosive working media, with stable service performance within corresponding temperature ranges. The open structural design effectively prevents scaling and blockage during long-term continuous operation, making it ideal for dusty and easy-fouling waste gas treatment systems.
