PTFE Pall Ring Product Introduction
PTFE Pall Ring is a widely‑used random tower packing manufactured from high‑quality virgin polytetrafluoroethylene material. With improved open‑wall structure derived from traditional pall ring design, this packing delivers excellent gas‑liquid contact performance for mass‑transfer processes inside industrial towers.
Thanks to the intrinsic properties of PTFE raw material, our PTFE Pall Ring achieves outstanding chemical inertness. It can resist erosion from strong acid, strong alkali, various organic solvents and other highly corrosive media, which makes it irreplaceable for harsh working conditions where metal or ordinary plastic packing cannot survive.
The product features high void fraction, low pressure drop and considerable specific surface area. The special structural design helps gas and liquid distribute evenly across the tower cross‑section, reduces channeling and bias flow, and greatly improves mass‑transfer efficiency. It can operate stably under extreme temperature ranging from ‑200℃ to 260℃, adapting to cryogenic treatment as well as high‑temperature chemical processing scenarios.
It is extensively applied in distillation columns, absorption towers, stripping towers, scrubbers, desulfurization devices and waste‑gas purification systems in chemical, fine‑chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental‑protection and new‑energy industries. Custom sizes are available to match different tower diameters and process requirements.
