304 Pall Ring Product Introduction

The 304 stainless steel pall ring is a widely‑used high‑performance metal random tower packing, improved on the basis of traditional Raschig ring. It is precision stamped from high‑quality SS304 stainless steel sheet. Two rows of staggered window holes are opened on the cylinder wall, with inward‑bent tongues projecting toward the ring center. This special open‑window structure breaks the wall shielding limitation of conventional ring packing, allowing gas and liquid to pass freely through side openings.

Thanks to the unique structural design, the 304 pall ring greatly expands the effective contact area for gas‑liquid mass transfer, featuring high void fraction, large processing capacity and low pressure drop. The 304 stainless steel material provides excellent rust prevention and corrosion resistance for weak acid, weak alkali and common chemical medium environments, adapting to long‑term continuous operation in various chemical towers.
