304 Pall Ring Product Introduction
The 304 stainless steel pall ring is a high‑performance metal random tower packing, upgraded and optimized on the basis of traditional raschig ring structure. It is stamped and formed from premium 304 stainless steel thin sheet, with two rows of window holes opened on the cylinder wall, and inward‑bent tongue pieces pointing toward the ring center. The upper and lower windows are arranged in staggered positions, and the open‑hole area accounts for around 30‑35% of the total wall area, which greatly improves gas‑liquid flow conditions inside the packing layer.
Compared with conventional ring‑type packing, this 304 pall ring effectively avoids inner wall shielding effect. Gas and liquid can freely pass through the side windows, which expands the effective contact surface for gas‑liquid mass transfer. Made of SS304 material, it delivers outstanding rust‑proof and anti‑corrosion performance for weak acid, weak alkali and general chemical medium environments, and can adapt to a wide working‑temperature range for long‑term continuous tower operation.
