316 Pall Ring Product Introduction
316 stainless steel pall ring is a classic high‑performance random tower packing optimized from the Raschig ring. It is precision‑stamped from SS316 (1.4401) stainless steel sheet. Multiple window openings with inward‑bent tongues are punched on the cylinder wall, allowing gas and liquid to flow through both inner and outer surfaces of the packing. This structural design greatly improves fluid distribution and enhances gas‑liquid mass‑transfer efficiency inside the column.
Compared with traditional raschig rings, 316 pall ring delivers larger processing capacity and lower pressure drop. The 316 stainless steel substrate offers outstanding resistance to acid, alkali and most corrosive solvents, making it suitable for long‑term operation under high‑temperature and corrosive working conditions.
Standard sizes DN25, DN38, DN50, DN76, DN100 are available. Custom wall thickness and special dimensions can be produced upon request. Each batch can be supplied with MTC material test certificate for quality traceability. It fits both new tower construction and replacement of existing tower packing. Packing options include ton bags and wooden cases.
