316 Pall Ring Product Introduction
316 Stainless Steel Pall Ring is a high‑efficiency metal random tower packing improved on the basis of Raschig ring structure. It is precision‑stamped from premium SS316 (1.4401) stainless steel sheet, with two rows of window holes and inward‑bent tongue pieces on the ring wall. This special structure allows gas and liquid to pass freely through the windows, making full use of both inner and outer surface of the packing, optimizing gas‑liquid distribution and mass‑transfer performance inside the column.
Compared with traditional raschig rings, 316 pall ring features larger processing capacity, lower pressure drop and higher separation efficiency. The 316 stainless steel material delivers outstanding corrosion resistance against acids, alkalis and most corrosive organic media, supporting stable long‑time operation under high‑temperature and harsh chemical working conditions.
We supply standard sizes DN25, DN38, DN50, DN76, DN100. Custom thickness and special dimensions are acceptable. Material Test Certificate (MTC) can be provided for each batch for quality traceability. Suitable for new tower construction as well as existing tower packing replacement. Packing options include ton bag and wooden case.
