Ceramic Pall Ring Product Introduction
Ceramic Pall Ring is a widely used random tower packing made of high-quality acid-resistant ceramic material. It is improved on the basis of ceramic Raschig ring, with windows and inner tongues on the ring wall. This special structural design greatly increases the void fraction and improves gas-liquid distribution inside the tower.
The product features outstanding acid resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent thermal stability. It can work stably under strong acidic media and high-temperature conditions. Ceramic Pall Ring has low pressure drop, high mass transfer efficiency and low breakage rate, which is suitable for gas-liquid mass transfer processes including distillation, absorption, stripping, desulfurization and denitrification.
