316L Pall Ring Product Introduction
The 316L Pall Ring is a widely‑used metallic random tower packing, improved based on Raschig ring structure. Made of premium SS316L stainless steel, it features window punching and inner bent tongues structure. This special design greatly expands the specific surface area and optimizes gas‑liquid flow distribution inside the column.
Compared with traditional Raschig rings, 316L Pall Ring delivers lower pressure drop, higher void fraction and superior mass‑transfer performance. It maintains stable mechanical strength under high‑temperature and corrosive operating environments, resisting deformation even under long‑term continuous running.
Available in standard sizes 16mm, 25mm, 38mm, 50mm, 76mm with multiple wall‑thickness options. Custom dimensions are acceptable according to customer’s tower design requirements.
It is extensively applied for distillation, absorption, rectification, scrubbing, gas‑liquid separation, desulfurization and waste‑gas treatment processes. Common industries include petrochemical, fine chemical, refinery, pharmaceutical and environmental protection. It is the ideal random packing choice for columns with harsh corrosive working media.
