304L Metal Pall Ring belongs to high‑performance metal random tower packing, improved on the basis of Raschig ring structure. It is manufactured from premium 304L low‑carbon stainless steel (UNS S30403), whose low‑carbon feature greatly improves resistance against intergranular corrosion after welding, making it more suitable for corrosive and high‑temperature working conditions compared with standard 304 stainless steel.

The ring wall is designed with double‑row window openings together with inward‑bent tongue pieces. This special structural design breaks the limitation of traditional ring packing, significantly expands effective specific surface area, optimizes gas‑liquid distribution inside the tower, and makes full gas‑liquid contact available, thus realizing excellent mass‑transfer performance. Our 304L metal pall ring features large operating flux, low pressure drop, high mechanical strength and good thermal stability. It will not easily deform or break under long‑term continuous industrial operation, delivering stable separation efficiency and lowering comprehensive running cost for tower equipment.
