Plastic Pall Ring Product Introduction
The 50mm Plastic Pall Ring is a widely‑used random tower packing, improved on the basis of traditional raschig ring. By punching multiple windows and inner tongues on the ring wall, it breaks the structural limitation of conventional ring packing. Large parts of the ring surface can participate in gas‑liquid contact, which greatly optimizes mass‑transfer performance inside industrial towers.
Normally produced from polypropylene (PP), it also supports alternative materials including RPP, PVC and CPVC to satisfy different corrosive medium and temperature requirements. Compared with metal and ceramic pall rings, this 50mm plastic pall ring owns obvious advantages of light weight, excellent acid‑alkali resistance and competitive cost.
Thanks to its unique open‑window structure, gas and liquid can flow through both inside and outside of the ring. Liquid channeling and dead zones are effectively reduced, achieving uniform liquid film distribution. It features high void fraction, low pressure drop and stable hydrodynamic performance during continuous production.
This 50mm Plastic Pall Ring is extensively applied for distillation, absorption, stripping, desulfurization and waste gas scrubbing processes. It serves petrochemical industry, fine chemical plants, metallurgical projects and environmental‑protection waste‑gas treatment systems.
