Outstanding dehydration performance with stable adsorption capacity, it can reach an extremely low dew point after treatment, perfectly meet the strict drying requirements of insulated glass assembly, air separation units and petrochemical production lines.

Good thermal regeneration property, the saturated 3A molecular sieve can be repeatedly activated and reused through high-temperature heating, greatly reducing material replacement frequency and comprehensive procurement cost for long-term industrial use.

3A Molecular Sieve Product Introduction

3A Molecular Sieve is a kind of alkali metal aluminosilicate zeolite with 3 angstrom pore diameter, also known as Type 3A Zeolite Desiccant. Its unique microporous structure only allows water molecules to enter and be adsorbed, while blocking larger molecules such as ethane, propane and other hydrocarbons, so it features exclusive selective dehydration function that other desiccants cannot match.

The core application scenarios include insulated glass unit anti-fog treatment, natural gas and cracked gas dehydration, olefin and refrigerant drying, air separation system dehumidification as well as pipeline gas and organic solvent moisture elimination. After being saturated with adsorbed water, the molecular sieve can be regenerated via high temperature heating for repeated use, which effectively cuts down running cost for industrial projects.
