3A Molecular Sieve Product Introduction
3A Molecular Sieve is a kind of alkali metal aluminosilicate zeolite with an effective pore diameter of 3 angstroms. It only selectively adsorbs water molecules and excludes larger molecules such as ethanol, ammonia and hydrocarbons, which makes it an ideal desiccant for selective dehydration.
Our industrial grade 3A Molecular Sieve is manufactured under strict production control. It features uniform particle size, high mechanical strength, low dust generation and excellent water adsorption capacity. The product can be regenerated by heating for repeated use, greatly reducing operating costs.
Widely used for insulated glass anti-fogging, natural gas dehydration, ethanol drying, refrigerant and compressed air drying. Available in multiple bead sizes to meet different working conditions of insulating glass processing plants, petrochemical enterprises and gas treatment systems. Custom specifications are acceptable upon request.
1.Insulated Glass Industry
3A Molecular Sieve serves as desiccant inside insulated glass spacers to absorb residual moisture, effectively prevent inner fogging and ensure long-term clarity of IG units.
2.Ethanol Dehydration System
It selectively adsorbs water from ethanol-water mixture without adsorbing ethanol, which is widely adopted to produce anhydrous ethanol in chemical plants.
3.Natural Gas & Petrochemical Dehydration
Applied for water vapor removal in natural gas pipeline systems to avoid hydrate formation and corrosion, protecting downstream petrochemical equipment.
4.Compressed Air & Refrigerant Drying
Used in air compressors and refrigeration systems to remove moisture from gas flow, prevent icing and extend the service life of pneumatic and refrigeration equipment.
5.Special Gas Drying Engineering
Suitable for drying various inert gases and industrial raw gas, achieving deep dehydration under moderate temperature with stable adsorption effect.
