Carbon Molecular Sieve Product Introduction and Application

Carbon molecular sieve (CMS) is a professional adsorbent specially developed for pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generation system. It relies on its unique uniform micropore structure to realize the separation of nitrogen and oxygen in compressed air. Oxygen molecules with smaller diameter are quickly adsorbed into the pores of carbon molecular sieve under pressure, while nitrogen molecules with larger diameter pass through the adsorption tower to form high-purity nitrogen finished gas, which is the most core filling material of industrial PSA nitrogen making equipment.

With good tolerance to trace oil mist and moisture in inlet air, this carbon molecular sieve is not prone to rapid performance decay and poisoning failure under conventional working conditions. It is widely applied in laser cutting auxiliary gas, food fresh-keeping packaging, metal heat treatment anti-oxidation, chemical pipeline purging, electronic component welding protection, pharmaceutical packaging, blanketing and other industrial fields.

We are a direct manufacturer with complete production lines and strict batch inspection before delivery. Standard ton bag packaging and small package options are available, and customized packaging can be arranged according to customer demands. We support bulk wholesale orders and spot delivery, with stable supply and favorable factory price, becoming a long-term reliable supply partner for nitrogen generator manufacturers and equipment maintenance merchants around the world.

    1.Laser Cutting Industry

Produce high-purity nitrogen as auxiliary shielding gas for fiber laser cutting, prevent metal cutting edges from oxidation and discoloration, improve cutting surface smoothness and processing precision for carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy plates.

    2.Metal Heat Treatment & Metallurgy

Used for bright annealing, quenching and sintering of steel parts, copper and aluminum products. Nitrogen atmosphere avoids workpiece surface rusting, oxidation and decarburization, guarantees the surface finish and mechanical performance of metal parts.

    3.Chemical & Petrochemical Industry

Used for pipeline purging, tank nitrogen blanketing, raw material anti-explosion protection and reaction atmosphere replacement. Avoid flammable and explosive substances contacting air to reduce fire and explosion risks in chemical production.

    4.Rubber & Plastic Manufacturing

Apply to polymer synthesis, extrusion molding and rubber vulcanization processes. Nitrogen environment prevents raw material aging and cross-linking deviation, improves product forming quality and finished product stability.

    5.Pharmaceutical Industry

Nitrogen filling for medicine packaging, raw material storage and pharmaceutical production process protection. Prevent medicinal ingredients from deliquescence, oxidation and invalidation, meet pharmaceutical grade production environment requirements.
