13X Molecular Sieve Product Introduction
13X Molecular Sieve is a kind of sodium-type crystalline aluminosilicate zeolite with uniform pore size of 10Å. It features strong selective adsorption capacity and can adsorb molecules whose critical diameter is less than 10 angstroms. Compared with other common zeolite adsorbents, 13X molecular sieve is capable of simultaneously removing water vapor, carbon dioxide and some light hydrocarbons from gas streams, which cannot be achieved by single-function desiccants.
Our spherical 13X molecular sieve is manufactured via advanced molding and high-temperature activation technology. The product has uniform particle size, high mechanical strength, low abrasion rate and stable adsorption performance. It can withstand repeated adsorption and thermal regeneration cycles without obvious performance attenuation.
Widely adopted in industrial gas treatment fields including air separation units, compressed air drying, natural gas purification, petrochemical gas dehydration and LPG purification. It effectively eliminates H₂O and CO₂ to prevent freezing and blocking of pipelines and equipment, ensuring safe and continuous operation of downstream production systems. Customized particle sizes such as 1.6–2.5mm, 3–5mm are available to meet different design requirements of adsorption towers.
