Metal Flat Ring Product Introduction
Metal Flat Ring, also known as metal super mini ring, is a high-efficiency random tower packing widely applied in gas-liquid mass transfer processes. It is fabricated by precision stamping of metal sheets with a special flat ring structure, which optimizes the gas-liquid flow distribution inside the tower.
Compared with traditional raschig rings, this packing has lower pressure drop, larger void fraction and better mass transfer efficiency. It can effectively strengthen the contact between gas phase and liquid phase, improving the separation performance of distillation, absorption, stripping and extraction systems.
We can produce Metal Flat Ring in multiple materials including 304, 316L stainless steel, carbon steel and Hastelloy C276 to adapt to corrosive, high-temperature and other harsh working conditions.
