Performance Advantages
High Mass Transfer Efficiency: Due to the capillary action of the wire mesh, liquids are effectively dispersed into a film, resulting in a greater retention capacity than similar solid packings. The surface wetting is more complete than with conventional ceramic rings, resulting in a high film formation rate, a large gas-liquid contact area, and high mass transfer efficiency. The number of theoretical plates increases with increasing gas velocity.
Low Pressure Drop: The rational structural design minimizes flow resistance between gas and liquid within the packing layer, resulting in a low pressure drop, which helps reduce energy consumption and ensures stable equipment operation.

High Throughput: Capable of handling high gas-liquid loads and adapting to production needs of varying scales.
Due to its exceptional properties, our alumina catalyst can be applied in a wide range of reactions, including oxidation, reduction, hydrogenation, and dehydration, catering to diverse industrial needs.
Uniform Liquid Distribution: The unique structure ensures uniform liquid distribution across the packing surface, ensuring sufficient contact between the gas and liquid phases and enhancing mass transfer efficiency.
Easy Installation and Maintenance: The simple structure makes loading relatively easy, and it is less susceptible to clogging and scaling. Cleaning and maintenance are simplified, reducing equipment operating costs and downtime.
