    Unique saddle-ring composite structure brings about 30% lower pressure drop than metal pall ring, effectively reducing system energy consumption, suitable for vacuum tower working conditions.

    High mass transfer efficiency & large processing capacity

    Large specific surface area and uniform liquid distribution strengthen gas-liquid turbulence contact, with higher throughput and separation efficiency than traditional raschig ring packing.

    High void fraction & anti-clogging performance

    Open hollow structure features high void ratio and low liquid holdup, not easy to accumulate dirt and sediment, good anti-blocking ability for waste gas desulfurization and viscous medium treatment.

    Excellent mechanical strength & long service life

    Integrated stamping forming with strong structural rigidity, not easy to deform or crack during stacking; available in SS304, SS316L, carbon steel for acid & alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance.

    Optimized stacking layout with uniform fluid distribution

    Asymmetric curved design avoids overlapping accumulation inside tower, forms multiple liquid dispersion points, improves fluid redistribution and overall stability of packed bed operation.
