Plastic Intalox Saddle Product Introduction
Plastic Intalox Saddle is a widely used open-type random tower packing molded from high-performance plastic materials. Optimized saddle curved structure breaks the stacking dead zone of traditional saddle packing, greatly improving the uniformity of gas and liquid distribution inside towers. This packing is extensively adopted in gas-liquid mass transfer processes across chemical industry, environmental protection waste gas treatment, circulating water cooling, flue gas desulfurization, absorption and stripping systems. Our factory produces standard Plastic Intalox Saddle in complete sizes including 25mm, 38mm, 50mm, 76mm and 100mm to match different tower diameters and processing loads.
