Plastic Intalox Saddle Product Introduction
Plastic Intalox saddle is a widely used random tower packing developed with optimized saddle curved structure. It is commonly manufactured from PP, PVC, CPVC and HDPE raw materials via injection molding. Compared with traditional Raschig rings and ordinary saddle packing, its special arc structure effectively avoids overlapping and bridging during stacking inside the tower, maintaining uniform void distribution throughout the packing bed.
This packing delivers excellent gas-liquid contact effect, lower flow resistance and stable mass transfer performance. The plastic matrix brings outstanding resistance against acid, alkali, salt solution and most organic solvents, adapting perfectly to severely corrosive medium working conditions that metal packing cannot bear. With good structural toughness, the saddles are not prone to cracking, deformation or abrasion under long-term continuous operation inside scrubbers and absorption towers.
Our plastic intalox saddles cover complete standard sizes from 25mm, 38mm, 50mm up to 76mm. We support conventional spot goods and customized molding according to clients’ drawing requirements.
