Plastic Super Intalox Saddle Product Introduction
Plastic Super Intalox Saddle is a widely applied random tower packing developed on the basis of traditional intalox saddles. It is manufactured via one-step injection molding with high-purity PP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF and other plastic raw materials. The optimized curved hollow structure upgrades the flow state of gas and liquid inside the tower, solving the defects of poor fluid distribution and easy stacking blockage of conventional saddle packing.
This Plastic Super Intalox Saddle has a reasonable void fraction and large specific surface area, which can form uniform liquid film distribution when the medium flows through the packing layer. It significantly improves the mass transfer efficiency of absorption, desorption, distillation and washing processes. With excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, it can operate stably for a long time in most corrosive waste gas and wastewater environments without chemical dissolution and structural damage.
The product comes with complete standard sizes including 25mm, 50mm, 76mm and other common models to match different tower diameters and processing loads.
