    Ceramic Intalox Saddle is a high-efficiency random tower packing made of high-purity ceramic materials. Featuring a unique asymmetric saddle structure, it provides large specific surface area, high void fraction and uniform gas-liquid distribution. Compared with traditional packing, it effectively improves mass transfer efficiency while maintaining low pressure drop inside the tower.
    This ceramic packing exhibits excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance and thermal shock resistance. It can work stably under high temperature and strong corrosive environments, with high mechanical strength and long service life. It is widely used in flue gas desulfurization, waste gas treatment, absorption, distillation, scrubbing and chemical separation processes in petrochemical, fertilizer, metallurgy and environmental protection industries.
