Plastic Super Intalox Saddle, Plastic Random Packing Super Intalox Saddles for Waste Gas Treatment

Plastic Super Intalox Saddle belongs to a new generation of random tower packing, upgraded from conventional Intalox saddle packing. Its distinctive asymmetrical saddle body with side cut-out windows breaks the limitation of traditional packing structure. When filled inside the tower, the packing pieces interlock randomly, forming a stable packing bed. This special structure can redistribute liquid repeatedly, inhibit liquid channeling and dead zones, and maximize gas-liquid contact area.

Made from corrosion-resistant polymer materials including PP, PVC, CPVC and optional PPS, Plastic Super Intalox Saddle can adapt to different temperature and corrosive medium conditions. It features smooth curved surfaces that reduce particle adhesion, bringing outstanding anti-fouling capacity for waste gas containing fine dust. Compared with other plastic random packing, this product maintains stable pressure drop even under fluctuating gas and liquid flow.
