Plastic Super Intalox Saddle Product Introduction
Plastic Super Intalox Saddle is a high-performance random tower packing, upgraded on the basis of conventional Intalox saddle packing. It adopts an optimized asymmetric saddle structure with open windows on the surface, which combines the advantages of saddle packing and ring packing. This special design can effectively break liquid flow, promote uniform liquid film spreading and full gas-liquid contact inside the tower, delivering excellent mass transfer performance for chemical separation processes.
Our Plastic Super Intalox Saddle is available in PP, PVC, CPVC and other corrosion-resistant plastic materials. It can steadily work in acidic, alkaline and weak oxidizing corrosive environments, featuring light weight, low pressure drop, high void fraction and high flooding point.
