High voidage design effectively lowers gas flow resistance inside the tower, achieving stable and efficient gas-liquid mass transfer performance for absorption, stripping and distillation processes.

Great chemical corrosion resistance. Available in PP, PVC and PVDF materials to adapt to various acidic, alkaline and organic medium working environments.

Plastic Super Intalox Saddle Product Introduction

Plastic Super Intalox Saddle is a high-performance random tower packing upgraded from conventional intalox saddle. It adopts optimized integrated injection molding saddle structure, combining the advantages of saddle and ring packing to avoid nesting and bridging during tower filling.

This packing can be manufactured from PP, PVC, PVDF, PE and other plastic materials, featuring excellent corrosion resistance for acidic, alkaline and organic chemical media. Its special geometric design provides large void fraction and low pressure drop, which can form uniform liquid film distribution on the packing surface and greatly enhance gas-liquid mass transfer efficiency.

Plastic Super Intalox Saddle is widely applied in absorption columns, distillation towers, scrubbers, stripping systems and waste gas treatment projects. Multiple standard sizes including 38mm, 50mm, 76mm are available.
