Metal Intalox Saddle IMTP Product Introduction
Metal IMTP Intalox Saddle, also known as metal IMTP random packing, is a high‑performance dumped tower packing developed on the basis of intalox saddle structure. Optimized special saddle‑shaped geometric design breaks the structural limitation of traditional saddle packing, maximizes the gas‑liquid contact area inside the column, and avoids stacking overlapping during random filling.
This packing is mainly fabricated from premium stainless steel materials including 304, 304L and 316L. Multiple standard sizes ranging from 25 mm, 38 mm, 50 mm to 76 mm are available to match different tower diameters and process load requirements. Compared with conventional metal random packing, Metal IMTP Intalox Saddle features higher void fraction, lower pressure drop and outstanding mass‑transfer efficiency. It maintains stable operating performance under high gas‑liquid flow rate conditions.
Metal IMTP Intalox Saddle is widely applied for distillation, absorption, stripping, rectification and separation processes. It can be randomly dumped into separation towers for gas‑liquid mass transfer. Full‑set material documents such as MTC 3.1 test certificates can be provided for each batch to realize complete quality traceability. Customized technical solutions and packing selection suggestions are also supported according to customers’ actual process parameters.
