Structural features: The height and diameter of the plastic super Raschig ring are equal. Its structure is an improvement on the ordinary Raschig ring, usually with reinforcing ribs or special opening design to increase the specific surface area and improve fluid distribution performance.

Materials: Commonly used materials include polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). These plastic materials have excellent acid resistance and can withstand the corrosion of various inorganic acids, organic acids, and organic solvents except hydrofluoric acid.

Specifications and dimensions: The external dimensions are usually between 16-80mm, with common specifications being 25mm and 50mm, and can also be customized according to customer requirements.
