Precautions for regenerating 13X APG molecular sieves
The heating rate should not be too fast (5-10℃/min is recommended) to avoid cracking and pulverization of molecular sieve particles due to thermal expansion and contraction.
The gas used for regeneration must be dry (dew point ≤ -40℃), otherwise it will introduce new moisture into the molecular sieve bed and affect the regeneration effect;
Regeneration endpoint determination: When the outlet gas temperature rises to 110-150℃ and remains there for more than 30 minutes, it indicates that the moisture in the bed has been completely desorbed, and heating can be stopped to enter the cooling stage.
If the molecular sieve has not been used for a long time or has been severely damp, the first regeneration time can be appropriately extended (4-6 hours) to ensure complete activation.
