Combined Ceramic Packing Type
All-ceramic composite ring:Made of high-purity alumina or silicon carbide ceramics, it has superior corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability, making it suitable for highly corrosive environments such as sulfuric acid drying towers and desulfurization towers.
Lightweight ceramic composite ring:By optimizing the material formulation to reduce density and lighten the load on the tower, while maintaining a certain degree of corrosion resistance, it is suitable for working conditions that are sensitive to weight or have weak corrosion (such as some wastewater treatment towers).
Regularized design:Some products adopt a regularized structure (such as honeycomb ceramics or corrugated plate stacking) to further reduce pressure drop and improve mass transfer efficiency, making them suitable for large absorption towers or distillation towers.
Ceramic composite ring packing has a higher initial cost than metal or plastic packing, but lower long-term maintenance costs, making it suitable for scenarios requiring long-term operation or where replacement is difficult. If the budget is limited and the operating conditions are mild, lightweight ceramic composite ring packing can be considered, balancing cost and performance.
