Product Advantages

High mass transfer efficiency

The unique structural design enables the packing to have a larger surface area and better fluidity within the tower, enhancing the mass transfer efficiency and significantly improving the separation and purification effects.

Pressure drop

Compared with traditional packing, ceramic saddle ring packing can reduce the resistance of gas passage, decrease the pressure drop inside the tower, and simultaneously lower energy consumption.

Anti-clogging

The liquid can quickly pass through the saddle-shaped pipe, adsorb on the surface of the packing and be retained for a relatively long time, avoiding clogging.

Good stability

It ensures the uniform distribution of the product, makes the air pressure inside the container more stable, avoids vibration due to violent reactions, and reduces damage to the container.

Ceramic Super Intalox Saddle High-temperature application

Chemical high-temperature separation: high-temperature distillation tower (such as organic silicon monomer purification, aromatics separation), high-temperature absorption tower (such as SO₃ absorption above 400℃ in sulfuric acid production), high-temperature cracking gas washing tower, etc., to withstand the operating temperature of 300-1000℃ in the tower.

Metallurgy and energy: high-temperature coal gas purification tower in steel plant (coal gas temperature 200-800℃), biomass pyrolysis gas desulfurization tower, waste incineration tail gas treatment tower (flue gas temperature 150-600℃), etc., to resist high-temperature flue gas corrosion and thermal shock.

Environmental high-temperature treatment: high-temperature industrial wastewater evaporation tower, high-concentration organic waste liquid incineration post-absorption tower, etc., to adapt to the environment with large temperature fluctuations in the tower (100-500℃).
