Ceramic Raschig Ring for Cooling Tower Packing
Excellent corrosion resistance and temperature resistance:The ceramic material has extremely high chemical stability and can withstand corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts and trace amounts of chemical media in the cooling tower circulating water without swelling, aging or degradation. At the same time, it is resistant to high and low temperatures, making it suitable for high-temperature circulating water and temperature fluctuation conditions in industrial cooling towers, and it will not deform after long-term use.
Fluid and heat transfer performance adaptation: The hollow ring structure has low ventilation resistance and will not significantly increase the load on the cooling tower fan, making it suitable for both natural and mechanical ventilation cooling towers. The ring surface has good hydrophilicity, allowing cooling water to form a continuous and uniform water film, ensuring sufficient gas-liquid contact and guaranteeing cooling heat exchange efficiency.
Installation and maintenance featuresThe method of random filling is simple to construct and can be flexibly constructed according to the diameter of the cooling tower and the filling height. After scaling and accumulation, it can be cleaned by high-pressure water flushing, resulting in low maintenance costs.
Consider cost-effectiveness: High-iodine-value coconut shell activated carbon is more expensive, but it has a longer lifespan and higher adsorption efficiency, potentially resulting in lower long-term costs.
