    ceramic Ball Product Introduction

Inert ceramic ball, also known as alumina ceramic support ball, is produced by mixing high-quality bauxite raw materials through forming and high-temperature sintering. It is a commonly used tower filling and catalyst supporting medium in petrochemical, chemical fertilizer, natural gas, environmental protection and water treatment industries.

With stable chemical inertness, the product will not produce chemical reaction with most acid, alkali and organic corrosive media. It is mainly laid at the top and bottom of the reactor catalyst bed, which can buffer the impact of airflow and liquid flow, prevent the catalyst from being washed away and lost, and distribute gas and liquid evenly to avoid channeling inside the tower, so as to fully exert the catalytic effect.

We provide two mainstream alumina grades: 92% alumina and 99% high-purity alumina ceramic balls. The available diameters cover 3mm to 50mm, and special sizes can be customized according to customer drawings and equipment inner diameter. The product features compact internal structure, low water absorption, high compressive strength and excellent thermal stability. It can adapt to long-term high-temperature working environments without cracking or powdering, greatly reducing equipment blockage and maintenance frequency.

1、Excellent chemical inertness and strong anti-corrosion ability.

It hardly reacts with acidic, alkaline and organic solvents, effectively protecting catalysts from contamination and extending the service cycle of tower internals.

2、Outstanding high temperature and thermal shock resistance.

It keeps stable physical structure under continuous high temperature and temperature fluctuation conditions, not easy to crack or deform during long-term operation.

3、High mechanical strength and wear resistance.

The dense sintered body has strong compression resistance and anti-scouring performance, reducing broken particles that may block pipelines and reaction equipment.

4、Complete specifications and flexible customization service.

Multiple particle sizes and alumina content options are in stock. Custom dimensions and technical indicators are acceptable to match various reactor and tower equipment requirements.
