Metal Cascade Mini Ring Product Introduction
Metal Cascade Mini Ring is a new generation of high-efficiency random tower packing developed on the basis of conventional cascade ring. It adopts integrated stamping and bending molding process with metal sheet, featuring a unique staggered overlapping cascade structure that effectively optimizes gas-liquid two-phase contact mode inside industrial towers.
Compared with traditional Raschig ring and pall ring packing, this product abandons the single straight cylinder structure. The special flanging design can continuously redistribute liquid along the packing surface, greatly reduce liquid channeling and wall flow phenomenon, make the gas and liquid mix more evenly, and significantly improve mass transfer and separation efficiency in distillation, absorption, stripping and purification processes.
We supply multiple material options including SS304, SS316L stainless steel and carbon steel. Stainless steel materials possess outstanding acid and alkali corrosion resistance, adapting to harsh working conditions with corrosive medium in petrochemical, fine chemical, pharmaceutical and wastewater treatment industries. Carbon steel type is cost-effective and mainly applied to flue gas desulfurization, waste gas washing and conventional industrial separation projects.
