Alumina Ceramic Ball Product Introduction
High‑purity alumina ceramic balls are high‑temperature sintered spherical products made from premium alumina raw materials with Al₂O₃ content from 95% to 99%. Featuring high hardness, great mechanical strength, outstanding chemical inertness and superior thermal stability, this product is widely used as industrial grinding media and catalyst bed support media for petrochemical reactors.High‑purity alumina ceramic balls are high‑temperature sintered spherical products made from premium alumina raw materials with Al₂O₃ content from 95% to 99%. Featuring high hardness, great mechanical strength, outstanding chemical inertness and superior thermal stability, this product is widely used as industrial grinding media and catalyst bed support media for petrochemical reactors.
As grinding media, alumina ceramic balls deliver strong grinding force for ball mills, suitable for processing lithium‑ion battery materials, mineral powder, paint, ink, ceramic glaze and electronic powder. When used in chemical towers and reactors, they serve as protective covering and supporting layer for catalysts. They optimize gas‑liquid distribution, buffer fluid impact, prevent catalyst damage and extend catalyst service life in hydrogenation, desulfurization and ammonia synthesis units.
