    Alumina Ceramic Ball Product Introduction

High‑purity alumina ceramic balls are high‑temperature sintered spherical components manufactured from premium alumina raw materials with Al₂O₃ content ranging from 95% to 99%. Combined with high mechanical strength, remarkable chemical inertness and outstanding thermal stability, this product is widely applied as ball mill grinding media and catalyst bed support media for petrochemical, chemical and new‑energy industries.

These white alumina ceramic balls feature dense internal structure, low water absorption, high crushing strength and ideal sphericity, reaching Mohs hardness 9. They can withstand most acids, alkalis and organic solvents, and keep stable physical properties under long‑term high‑temperature conditions up to 1400℃. The high‑purity formula greatly reduces impurity leaching risk and prevents contamination to processed powder or reaction medium.

For grinding scenarios, alumina ceramic balls provide strong grinding capacity, perfectly suitable for lithium‑ion battery raw materials, mineral powder, ceramic glaze, paint and electronic powder. When used in reactors and chemical towers, they act as supporting and protective layers for catalysts. They optimize gas‑liquid flow distribution, buffer fluid impact, avoid catalyst crushing and extend catalyst service life in desulfurization, hydrogenation and ammonia synthesis processes.

We have various standard sizes available and support OEM customized dimensions. Stable‑quality bulk supply can be realized with reasonable lead‑time. Please feel free to contact us for full technical datasheet and quotation.
