    Alumina Ceramic Ball Product Introduction

High‑purity alumina ceramic balls are high‑temperature sintered spherical products produced from premium alumina raw materials with Al₂O₃ content ranging from 95% to 99%. Boasting high hardness, superior mechanical strength, remarkable chemical inertness and excellent thermal stability, this product is widely applied as grinding media for ball mills and catalyst bed support media for petrochemical reactors.

Thanks to dense microstructure, low water absorption, high crushing strength and good sphericity, these white alumina ceramic balls reach Mohs hardness 9. They resist most acids, alkalis and organic solvents, and keep stable performance under continuous high‑temperature conditions up to 1400℃. The high‑purity formula minimizes impurity precipitation and prevents contamination to processed powder or reaction medium.

When used as grinding media, they deliver strong grinding force for ball mills, suitable for lithium‑ion battery materials, mineral powder, paint, ink, ceramic glaze and electronic powder. As tower packing in chemical reactors, they act as protective and supporting layers for catalysts. They improve gas‑liquid distribution, buffer fluid impact, avoid catalyst damage and extend catalyst service life in hydrogenation, desulfurization and ammonia synthesis devices.

We offer multiple standard sizes and support OEM customized specifications. Bulk supply is available with stable quality and reasonable lead‑time. Feel free to contact us for technical documents and quotation.
