Inert Alumina Ceramic Balls Application
Fixed-bed reactor: In chemical production, ceramic balls are filled at the top and bottom of the reactor to buffer fluid impact, protect the catalyst layer, and uniformly distribute reactants.
Tower separation equipment: In distillation columns and absorption columns, ceramic balls are used as tower packing to provide a stable gas-liquid separation interface and improve separation efficiency.
Uniform particle size improves adsorption efficiency and reduces the risk of bed clogging.
Adsorption column: In waste gas treatment, ceramic balls support activated carbon or molecular sieve adsorbents, enhancing adsorption capacity and regeneration performance.
Cracking reaction: In petrochemical cracking furnaces, ceramic balls serve as catalyst bed support materials, withstanding high temperature and pressure to prevent catalyst pulverization and blockage of pipelines.
Inert alumina ceramic balls are widely used in many industrial fields due to their high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, and chemical stability.
