700Y Ceramic Structured Packing Product Introduction
700Y Ceramic Structured Packing is a high-performance corrugated plate structured packing manufactured from high-purity ceramic raw materials. Adopting classic Y-type 45° corrugated design, this packing is assembled by stacking prefabricated ceramic corrugated sheets inside separation towers. The ordered geometric structure creates continuous and uniform gas-liquid contact channels, delivering outstanding mass transfer performance.
Benefiting from the inherent properties of ceramic materials, this structured packing possesses excellent resistance to strong acids, high temperature and chemical corrosion. It remains stable in harsh working media including sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and other corrosive fluids, making it an ideal alternative to metal structured packing under severe corrosive conditions.
We supply standard specifications covering tower diameter DN300 to DN2000. Customized diameter and layer height are available to match different rectifying towers, absorption towers, scrubber towers and waste gas treatment equipment. Widely applied in chemical separation, acid absorption, purification, waste gas recovery and other processes in chemical, metallurgical and environmental protection industries.
