450Y Ceramic Structured Packing Product Introduction
450Y Ceramic Structured Packing is a type of corrugated plate structured packing manufactured from high-quality acid-resistant ceramic. The medium is formed by regularly arranged ceramic corrugated sheets stacked alternately, creating continuous and uniform flow channels inside the tower.
Thanks to its unique geometric structure, this packing greatly expands the gas-liquid contact area and optimizes fluid distribution. It delivers outstanding mass transfer performance with relatively low pressure drop. As ceramic material possesses excellent anti-corrosion and high-temperature resistant properties, 450Y Ceramic Structured Packing is especially suitable for processes containing strong acid corrosive media that metal and plastic packing cannot withstand.
It is widely adopted in distillation, absorption, rectification, scrubbing and waste gas purification towers within chemical industry, fine chemical engineering, pharmacy, metallurgy and environmental protection. With stable operation performance and long service life, it has become an ideal mass transfer medium for corrosive working conditions.
