250Y Plastic Corrugated Plate Packing Product Introduction

250Y Plastic Corrugated Plate Packing is a high-efficiency structured tower packing manufactured from premium polypropylene (PP) and other engineering plastics. Designed with precision-formed corrugated plates arranged at a 45° angle, this packing creates an extended and uniform gas-liquid contact surface, making it an ideal choice for distillation, absorption, stripping and gas scrubbing processes across the chemical, petrochemical, environmental and pharmaceutical industries.

With a specific surface area of 250 m²/m³ and a void fraction of no less than 97%, the 250Y model balances high mass-transfer efficiency with low pressure drop, allowing towers to operate at higher throughput while keeping energy consumption low. The "Y" designation refers to the corrugation inclination angle, which is optimized for general-purpose separation duties where both efficiency and capacity are required.
