Metal Corrugated Plate Packing Product Introduction
150Y Metal Corrugated Plate Packing is a typical type of metal structured packing. It is manufactured by stamping stainless steel sheets into regularly corrugated plates and assembling them in staggered arrangement. The unique corrugated structure can continuously split and recombine gas and liquid flow inside the tower, greatly enlarge the contact area between gas phase and liquid phase, so as to realize efficient mass transfer.
This corrugated plate packing is commonly produced from 304 and 316L stainless steel. It features high void fraction, low pressure drop, uniform fluid distribution and stable operating performance. Compared with random packing, it possesses higher separation efficiency and larger processing capacity. It is widely adopted in vacuum distillation, atmospheric distillation, absorption, stripping and rectification processes.
Our factory supports customized diameter, height and plate thickness according to clients’ tower parameters. It is extensively applied in petrochemical industry, fine chemical engineering, food processing, pharmaceutical production and environmental protection separation systems.
